The Ideal Home Show Scotland 2023 is always a date to look forward to in the interiors calendar. The Show runs from Friday 26th May until Monday 29th May, and tickets are still available<\/a>. Here are the highlights to look out for during your visit…<\/p>\n

The Good Homes Live roomsets<\/h2>\n

Packed with new concepts and exciting innovations,\u00a0 the exciting, on-trend Good Homes Live roomsets at Ideal Home Show Scotland 2023 have been designed with modern living in mind to showcase the latest in interior design.<\/p>\n

This year there are four roomsets for you to explore at Ideal Home Show Scotland. Good Homes editor, Karen Walker, gives a sneak peek into two of the much-anticipated spaces:<\/p>\n

“The first roomset this year is the Barbie bedroom, it’s a grown up space featuring feminine silhouettes, floaty fabrics and shades of gorgeous, on-trend dusty pinks. A cute dressing area is the must-have space to display all those essential items to get ready for a night out, plus essential storage solutions to keep the look clean and uncluttered.<\/span><\/p>

“We also have a children’s bedroom which has been designed by the founder of Westholme Interiors. Nikki has created a children’s bedroom that really is a dream. Decorated with a Scandi vibe, furniture and accessories are from small family run businesses, giving the entire space a personalised, unique feel\u00a0 which is perfect for the little people in your life.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The Show Gardens<\/h2>\n

The Show Gardens at this year\u2019s Ideal Home Show Scotland celebrate the top gardening trends of 2023. They were one of the most popular elements of this year’s Ideal Home Show Spring and we have no doubt they’ll be just as popular at Ideal Home Show Scotland. Designed by horticulturist and celebrity gardener David Domoney, they offer inspiration on designs, layouts and new additions you can make to your own outdoor space.<\/p>\n

The Show Homes<\/h2>\n

The Show Homes is set to be a real centrepiece of Ideal Home Show, featuring two incredible life-size homes that you can walk through, as well as the Super Theatre, where you can listen to a host of celebrities and experts offering their advice on all things homes, gardens and money-saving.<\/p>\n

This year’s celebrities include renowned brother and sister presenting duo Stuart and Scarlette talking all things property, organisation gurus the Style Sisters<\/a>, and Lee Connelly AKA The Skinny Gardner giving inspiration for gardening with your little ones.<\/p>

The Cake Competition<\/h2>\n

This year\u2019s cake competition theme is celebrating 75 years of the NHS. As one of the few totally publicly funded healthcare services in the world, treating and saving the lives of millions since its formation on 5th July 1948. So, this year to celebrate our NHS heroes, the Ideal Home Show Scotland team are asking budding bakers to submit entries that best reflect what the NHS means to you and your family.<\/p>\n

Entries need to be delivered to the SEC Glasgow on the 25th May, between 4-6pm. Find out more about this year’s cake competition<\/a> and register your entry on the Ideal Home Show Scotland website.<\/p>\n
