Keen to create a soft, tactile and warming space, Dani and Wayfair brought a cosy glow to the cot area with a <\/span>draped canopy<\/span><\/a> and fairy lights, and created an inviting nursing corner complete with a <\/span>comfy rocker<\/span><\/a> and a <\/span>soft sheepskin rug<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n Dani adds: ‘The draped canopy and fairy lights are definitely my favourite pieces. They have a lovely energy and the lights add a soothing glow to the room. I\u2019m really looking forward to spending so much time in this space.’<\/span><\/p>\n For those looking to steer clear of stereotypically \u2018girly\u2019 or \u2018boyish\u2019 themes, nautical, space and jungle topics are great options to consider. Dani chose subtle animal motifs for her baby\u2019s space, opting for a cute <\/span>peel-and-stick elephant wallpaper<\/span><\/a>, and <\/span>safari-inspired toys and<\/span><\/a> accessories<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p> Dani adds: ‘I knew I wanted the elephant print from the start \u2013 I love elephants as I find them so spiritual and calming. It was important to Dani that the space was styled with practicality in mind, so she opted for a <\/span>slim wardrobe<\/span><\/a>, a changing table with in-built storage, and some cute <\/span>floating shelves<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n Dani adds: ‘I love to be organised and so it was vital to have handy storage and shelving.
